The presence of halal products has become a strategic concern as consumer awareness and demand for products that comply with Islamic principles continue to increase. The purpose of this study is to examine the extent to which halal product attributes contribute to customer loyalty. The research employed a survey method by distributing questionnaires to consumers of halal food products as respondents. The collected data were analyzed using inferential statistical techniques. The results show an R Square value of 0.757, indicating that 75.7% of the variation in customer loyalty can be explained by the halal product variable, while the remaining 24.3% is influenced by other factors outside the research model. The regression coefficient of 0.927 demonstrates that an increase in halal product attributes has a significant positive effect on customer loyalty. These findings emphasize the importance of implementing halal principles as a key factor in building and maintaining consumer loyalty within the food industry.
2026-01-07T00:00:00+00:00 Copyright (c) 2026 Donny Darmawan, Priya Mitra Cahya Jaweda https://www.glorespublication.org/index.php/aksioreligia/article/view/763 Integrasi Legislasi Syariah dalam Sistem Hukum Modern 2025-05-19T02:42:44+00:00 Syahrul 10200122089@uin-alauddin.ac.id Muhammad Audy Andy 10200122109@uin-alauddin.ac.id Rifyan Zahir 10200122108@uin-alauddin.ac.id Kurniati kurniati@uin-alauddin.ac.id
The integration of Sharia legislation into the modern legal system is becoming increasingly relevant in the digital era. Advances in technology and globalization demand the harmonization of Islamic law with contemporary regulations to address social, economic, and political challenges. This study aims to analyze the opportunities and challenges of integrating Sharia law into modern legal systems, particularly in the context of digitalization. The research employs a qualitative approach with a descriptive-analytical method. Data is obtained through a literature review encompassing Islamic legal literature, statutory regulations, and academic studies on digital law and technology. The analysis is conducted using comparative and interpretative methods to examine the application of Sharia law in various countries. The findings indicate that despite challenges such as differences in legal concepts, social resistance, and digital infrastructure limitations, the digital era also presents significant opportunities for Sharia legislation. The use of technologies such as blockchain, artificial intelligence, and smart contracts can enhance transparency and effectiveness in applying Sharia law. With adaptive regulatory strategies and collaboration among scholars, academics, and technology experts, the integration of Sharia legislation into modern legal systems can be achieved in a more inclusive and applicable manner.
2026-01-07T00:00:00+00:00 Copyright (c) 2026 Syahrul, Muhammad Audy Andy, Rifyan Zahir, Kurniati https://www.glorespublication.org/index.php/aksioreligia/article/view/942 Ukhūwah Islāmiyyah sebagai Pilar Moderasi Beragama dan Solidaritas Sosial di Era Modern 2026-01-02T08:19:04+00:00 Hamzah Saputra omiwong8603@gmail.com Rosmini omiwong8603@gmail.com Sohrah omiwong8603@gmail.com
The phenomena of social fragmentation, religious polarization, and the decline of humanitarian solidarity highlight the importance of reviving the value of ukhuwah (brotherhood) in Islam. This study aims to examine the concept of ukhuwah in the Qur’an, particularly in Surah Al-Ḥujurāt verse 10, and its relevance to modern social life. The research employs a library research method with a thematic interpretation approach (tafsir mawḍū‘ī). Primary data sources include the Qur’an and both classical and contemporary exegeses such as Tafsir Al-Marāghī, Tafsir Al-Mishbah, and Tafsir Al-Azhar. The data were analyzed descriptively and qualitatively by interpreting the verse in its social and humanitarian context. The results indicate that ukhuwah consists of four main levels: ukhuwah ‘ubūdiyyah (brotherhood among all of God’s creations), ukhuwah insāniyyah (human brotherhood), ukhuwah wathaniyyah (national brotherhood), and ukhuwah dīniyyah (religious brotherhood). Surah Al-Ḥujurāt [49]:10 emphasizes that true ukhuwah is realized through peace (iṣlāḥ) and piety. These values are relevant in strengthening unity among Muslims, promoting interreligious tolerance, and fostering social solidarity in contemporary society.
2026-01-12T00:00:00+00:00 Copyright (c) 2026 Hamzah Saputra, Rosmini, Sohrah https://www.glorespublication.org/index.php/aksioreligia/article/view/853 Perkembangan Isu Sertifikasi Halal di Asia Tenggara 2025-11-21T14:42:37+00:00 Tan Dwi Rizki Ramadini tandwi156@gmail.com
The halal food industry in Southeast Asia has experienced significant growth alongside the increasing Muslim population and rising global demand for halal products. In this context, halal certification has emerged as a strategic issue influencing consumer trust, industrial competitiveness, and regional market integration. This study aims to analyze the development of halal certification issues in the halal food industry in Southeast Asia, with particular attention to regulatory frameworks, cross-country differences in certification standards, and challenges faced by industry stakeholders. A qualitative literature review method was employed through a systematic examination of academic publications, government policy documents, and relevant industry reports. The findings indicate that government involvement, the role of national halal certification authorities, and efforts toward regional harmonization of halal standards are key factors supporting the growth of the halal food industry. Nevertheless, regulatory disparities, procedural complexity in certification processes, and limited awareness among business actors remain significant challenges. This study contributes conceptually to the literature on halal certification and provides insights for policymakers and industry practitioners in strengthening the halal food industry ecosystem in Southeast Asia.
2026-02-28T00:00:00+00:00 Copyright (c) 2026 Tan Dwi Rizki Ramadini https://www.glorespublication.org/index.php/aksioreligia/article/view/724 Etika dan Budaya Organisasi Berbasis Syariah 2026-03-10T06:23:24+00:00 Ikram Kasyful Azhim b1061231001@student.untan.ac.id Lisa Natalia saalisanatalia30@gmail.com Syifa Nur Izzati b1061231005@student.untan.ac.id Fahala Rizka b1061231042@student.untan.ac.id
This research aims to comprehensively analyze and deeply investigate the application of Islamic-based business ethics and organizational culture at Koperasi Syariah Mitra Iltizam Indonesia. In the modern Islamic economic landscape and Islamic microfinance institutions, business entities are required not only to orient themselves toward financial profit maximization and capital accumulation but also to ensure spiritual integrity, comprehensive Sharia compliance (kaffah), and equilibrium (tawazun) between worldly and otherworldly orientations. The methodological approach utilized in this study is a qualitative method through an intrinsic case study design, making use of in-depth interviews with cooperative management, participatory observation of the work ecosystem, and analysis of organizational documents and digital platforms. The findings indicate that Koperasi Syariah Mitra Iltizam comprehensively internalizes Sharia ethical principles such as monotheism (tauhid), justice (al-'adl), trustworthiness (ash-shidiq), social responsibility (al-mas’uliyyah al-ijtima’iyyah), and the absolute avoidance of riba, gharar, and maysir practices. This cultural transformation is concretely manifested through policy interventions such as daily Quranic halaqah, the integration of Key Performance Indicator (KPI) systems with spiritual achievements (such as Quranic memorization and worship discipline as a condition for salary disbursement), and the utilization of integrated digital technology to ensure operational transparency that eliminates information asymmetry. Although there are significant cultural challenges regarding initial resistance and the paradigm shift from conventional systems to strict Sharia systems, spiritual leadership within the organization has successfully mitigated these challenges through role modeling and continuous education. Consequently, there has been a drastic increase in Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB), intrinsic motivation based on the paradigm of work as worship, improvement in moral character, and a surge in the functional performance of the members. This study provides a theoretical contribution to the literature on Islamic organizational behavior and offers a practical model that can be replicated by other Islamic microfinance institutions in striving for an ethical, transparent, just, and blessed business ecosystem.
2026-04-07T00:00:00+00:00 Copyright (c) 2026 Lisa Natalia Lisa
